The G203’s sensitivity ramps up to 8,000 DPI, with five customizable sensitivity settings that you can tweak through the Logitech G HUB software. Why we chose the Logitech G203: If you’re not fussed about buying a wireless mouse, Logitech’s G203 is a great budget option for gamers who want a high-quality mouse. Who it’s for: Gamers who want a lot of customization options. Why you should buy this: It’s a decently priced and high-quality gaming mouse. Its $99 price is very fair for what it offers, making it clear why the MX Master 3 is so popular and still one of our favorite mice for any platform.

The MX Master 3 charges via USB-C and can last 70 days on a full charge. The MX Master 3 also is distinctive for its comfortable and ergonomic design, and it’s designed for multiple operating systems, including MacOS. The MagSpeed Wheel has been improved, making it faster, more precise, and still super quiet. The MX Master 3 is further refined with excellent features, and it’s the ultimate mouse for just about everyone, whether you spend all day in creative workflows or coding. Why we chose the Logitech MX Master 3: Logitech’s MX Master was top of our list last time, so it should come as no surprise that the third iteration of the wireless mouse is still among the best mice for Mac. Who’s it for: Anyone seeking a premium mouse for Mac, except left-handed users. Why you should buy this: Superior ergonomics meet precision and features at an excellent price in this stellar wireless mouse.

While the Logitech MX Master is our pick for best overall mouse since it has an excellent design, we have gathered some other options for those needing more mobile mice or more budget-friendly options. The best mouse will pair ergonomic handling with precision and a satisfying click. It very much depends on what you want to do with it - after all, some are great for carrying out various MacOS gestures, while others excel when it comes to sensitivity and ergonomics. There are a lot of great mice out there, but picking the best one for you and your Mac can be a challenge. It all comes down to the individual with all of this, of course, but these are just my experiences.

The Magic Mouse is a good option too which I think has a much more solid Bluetooth connection, but it’s tough to recommend for all day use due to ergonomics. If you Google MX mouse Macbook lag, you’ll see what I’m talking about. I exclusively connect via the Logitech dongle (when docked) and have no lag. It seems to be an issue with MacBooks and Logitech mice, I don’t have the issue on Windows machines. Some people don’t have this issue, and others won’t even notice, but there is some definitely lagging that happens frequently enough over Bluetooth for me to forgo the option altogether.

The problem I’ve found is that no mouse in the MX Master series or the MX Anywhere series works reliably over Bluetooth.

For business purposes or as your all day mouse, I definitely think Logitech makes the best mice. Click to expand.I’ve owned all of the MX Master mice including the new MX Master 3.
